My Music

My music is soothing and relaxing and will help you reduce stress and anxiety and improve the quality of your sleep. It can also help you to go deeper in your meditation, facilitate emotional healing and strengthen the connection with your inner being.

It is also very helpful as background music during mindfulness, massage, reiki and yoga sessions.

To live with a mindful vision means to consciously face the most difficult challenge of life: accepting life as it comes. When we forget this, suffering develops from the conflict between our mental expectations about what we think life should be, versus the way it is really unfolding. 
I hope listening to this album will help you remember that an accepting attitude towards yourself and life is very helpful in many situations. Although sometimes we have to stand up and fight, in many situations the best approach is to allow ourselves to drift down the river, trusting that it will take us were we are supposed to go.

The use of music and movement to create a meditative state of mind is common in most religious and spiritual traditions. One example is The Whirling Dance or Sufi Whirling practiced by the Mevlevi order in Turkey. In the ceremony known as the Sema, the Sufi dancers use music and movement to achieve religious ecstasy. 
The music of "Ethno Groove" has rythms and sounds that stimulate movement of the body and relaxation of the mind simultaneously. If you move to the rhythm of the music while focusing the mind on listening (not thinking), this awareness will place your mind in the present moment and transform your dance into a meditation.
